STRATEGY:
1. Emphasize the Word and prayer and worship.

--- Consistently offer avenues for heartfelt praise and worship to be expressed to God
2. Promote relationship building, with a sense of family, friendliness and warmth.
--- Provide church-wide and department-wide events to foster relationships
3. Offer multiple venues for teaching the Word of faith & demonstrating the spirit of faith to our church Family.
--- Provide ministry that provides balanced life application teaching and line upon line teaching from the Word through Sunday services, various age appropriate classes, small groups, and special meetings
--- Provide ministry-equipping programs to raise up leaders and those who will assist in fulfilling the purpose/vision
--- Provide ministry for the whole family – children, youth, young adults and single adults, men and women
--- Provide a publications, brochures, newsletters, etc. that teach and reinforce our purpose and vision
--- Provide pastoral care ministry that will help people in a practical way
4. Provide various avenues of outreach for bringing the Word of faith & the spirit of faith to Northwest Arkansas
--- Provide ministry for the unchurched, untaught, churched, taught – of all ages
--- Provide ministry for business people
--- Provide ministry for internet population5. Cultivate a large local church that carries influence
--- Create a church, facility, operation, style, and reputation for excellence, integrity, innovation and generosity
--- Build bridges to other churches, church leaders and civic leaders in our city
--- Participate in various on-campus and city-wide events, outreach, etc. to promote the gospel and increase influence
--- Use mass communications as appropriate for teaching and/or advertising – billboard, radio, tv, etc.
--- Contribute to overseas and domestic missions and gospel works
--- Host occasional conferences
